Greetings all,
I am currently administering a server with adjusted upkeep. The issue is that upon each restart, it seems to revert to "vanilla" for a "tick", eating through a large amount of each player's resources. This results in decayed bases, and pissed off residents... including me. :)
Here are my current adjustment settings, as put into my cfg/server.config file ...
decay.bracket_0_blockcount 50
decay.bracket_0_costfraction 0.1
decay.bracket_1_blockcount 100
decay.bracket_1_costfraction 0.11
decay.bracket_2_blockcount 200
decay.bracket_2_costfraction 0.12
decay.bracket_3_blockcount 250
decay.bracket_3_costfraction 0.13
decay.delay_override 0
decay.duration_wood 8
decay.duration_stone 12
decay.duration_metal 18
decay.duration_toptier 24
decay.duration_twig 3
As you can see, these settings allow for much larger bases at much cheaper upkeep tax rates. Coupled with 2x resource stacks, it makes for epic architecture with people still having some skin in the game. When this puppy reverts... even for a moment... castles fall from the sky.
There are plug-ins present, but I am unsure how any could be affecting this.
What am I missing? Where am I in error? Is there some way to ensure our bases stay locked into their rates? I restart once a day, early in the morning when no one is on, so this is hurtful to all.
I am ready to provide any further info needed to address this issue.
Thank you for your attention.
