I'm not sure if this is a Rust thing or it's plugin based. But the kicking is very frequent. And always with the same message. I get the same red text that they do. But I havent' been kicked yet. I have no idea what any of this means. But I've tried unloading all the skin plugins I have and nothing has changed.

Update: I tried restarting the server. And some players are now being kicked as soon as they sign on.
NullReferenceException at ReadDefaults
So I think I figured out what the error is. Invalid skins. I use a plugin that lets me load workshop skins into the game. Some are really great. Some are just damn silly. I think a few of the silly ones jacked the game. I have 54 kits applied to my NPCs in BotSpawn. So I wiped the plugin of all the imported skins and left the accepted ones. Redid all the kits for the bots. Unloaded the skin plugin. And had the players who were being kicked the most often run their gear through a repair bench to either apply a skin they own or the default.
What solidified the idea is when I teleported to a player who just got kicked and the red text appeared on my screen. I had him “cleanse” his gear, and it’s been calm ever since. The kicks have stopped. For now at least. Hopefully this is the end of it. This was/is one hell of a bug hunt.

Hi, After the Update from Facepunch the skins Plugin is kickin Players with red Marks while the Skins are loading in game. Are there any solutions ?
In response to Fusion364 ():So I think I figured out what the error is. Invalid skins. I use a plugin that lets me load workshop...
Thank you @thepiercedweirdo, one of my players is also experiencing the same. It is great you added your conclusions here, I will try the same approach to solve the issue.
Hey!
So what's the exact error? Can you please send us a screenshot?

Hi. I tryed it by my self. It happens when skins are loading. I tryed to skin an AK. This is the link to the Pic : https://s18.directupload.net/images/190505/zdqphfbf.jpg
I meant to come back to this and update the next day. But I got sidetracked. It didn't fully stop the kicking. But the kicks have drastically reduced. Before I did this the kicks were happening every 3-5 minutes or so. Now it's infrequent at best.
I contacted FP and they said "It's not widespread it could be a plugin issue server-side. you can try and verify your game cache to rule out the issue being on your end.". But after going through everything. Loading and unloading. Yeah. It's the update not wanting to work with skins properly.
