I need help with my rust server, but tried making a few freinds mods, but they end up abusing f1 by giving themselves items, resources, god mode, ect, is there another way to have admins/Mods who dont have acces to those type of comands including noclip, just want them to kick/ban players and maybe other smaller things, but not wear they can gives themsleves resources, noclip, godmaode ect... thanks

No, those are just examples. If you simply want banning/kicking, then Secure Admin should do the trick; just grant the permissions you'd like. If you want something more complex, Enhanced Ban System or Limited Admin.
