One of my servers is running a custom map and the oil rig does not spawn. I'm working with the map developer to get it added, however, was wondering if in the meantime, there's a command I could use to place the oil rig somewhere?
I doubt you can spawn monuments by command.

You can't add oil rig because its prefab, not entity
