Failed to create agent because it is not close enough to the NavMesh
Hi all,

I wasn't really sure where to post this, so apologies if it's in the wrong place...

Back in 2017, on the oxide mod forum, someone posted an error message: "Failed to create agent because it is not close enough to the NavMesh"

Wulf explained that potentially it wasn't anything to do with Oxide, but to remove a certain file (A DLL).

I'm currently getting this error after the map wipe last night.

Could anyone shed any light, or is it likely to be an update to a mod required?

Thanks in advance.

Hey!
It's rust issue and it is everywhere AFAIK so you shouldn't really care about it

Thanks for replying, Misticos.. :)
I believe you're mixing up a couple issues... the issue you are thinking of was Rust's Apex AI framework conflicting with a DLL we were distributing at one point, and then some hosts kept distributing that DLL in a bundle of files that didn't even use it. The NavMesh error isn't related to that.
Ok, thanks Wulf. cheers for the response.
