I've seen build servers that have zones around Tool Cupboards that prevent other players from coming inside if they aren't friends. Does anyone know which plugins they have to use this feature?

U could use zonemanager - It's a plugin that could do this but very resource intensive. Uses a lot intense strings.
I think they are using a custom plugin.
