ok so im getting the little red marker on the info panel to tell me the chinook should be around . However it is not spawning and oofc beacuse if this im not getting any timed locked crate drops . 

only plugins i think would possibly effect this i have are fancy drop and better loot.  but they have been installed a while and ive never had any issues until after the last update . does anyone have any ideas please ?

Seems to be a rust issues. Have seen many servers have same issue.
My server has been doing same thing. Sometimes it spawns and other times it doesnt.
Same for the crate. When it does spawn and makes its rounds it doesnt always drop the crate.
