i have one mod on my rust server what are there limits because ive got him to try a couple n wont work

"moderatorid" in Rust pretty mcuh allows those players to use the same commands as "ownerid", excluding a couple such as quit I believe. Pretty much everything else from plugins requires you to assign permissions.

well he cant use them still i put it in correct
