I just noticed that it seems like the Powerplant puzzle is broken.

When going into the second part of the Powerplant puzzle it appears the middle switch is missing which prevents you from turning on the timer to activate the switch. 

Is this a bug or was something changed with the puzzle?

You can fix this manually by typing "puzzleprefabrespawn" in console.

This is a known bug that's about to be fixed in tomorrow's update.
