Does anyone know if there's a plugin to allow an admin to add/remove authorised players on TC and code locks?

Scenario: I have a raider who has gone in and authorised on the TC and replaced the door on the base so that the original owner can no longer get into his base. Common scenario, I know, but I would like to discourage this practice on my own particular server.

Update: I just saw this in another thread: "use Wulf's plugin to make cupboards invulnerable and put a lock on it" - this will work nicely, but I'm still interested to know if there's such a plugin as I've described above :)

One of my admin tools allows me to auth and clear other tc's or might just be while on as auth lvl 2.
I know while vanished you can using the vanish plugin. Can open locked chest, doors, etc.

Can you explain more about this admin tool? Do you mean a standard console command in F1?

One of my players pointed out that using the Cupboard Protection plugin essentially makes the TC an unraidable storage container, so we decided to get rid of it, now I'm back at square one.

Also, I just noticed that the title of this post is wrong, it should say ... of other PLAYERS
