I'm 99% confident it's not related to Oxide in any way. Do you have any plugins installed related to that?

It's a rust bug. Have seen it on vanilla servers also. Bodies fall through terrain sometimes also.

happened to me also, players can find their dead bodies but when im tp to them i can see it but they cant. its a game bug inthink

Yeah its not the plugins. But im not sure if its oxide or if the bug is also in "official vanilla"
