Hi Guys im really new to Server Hosting. while im loving it in this last week i have hated it all the mods i have added are no longer responding like stacksize, backpacks,nteleportation ive remove the files from the server then checked for an updated version. Redownloaded the newer updates if avaliable at the time. re enter them into the server. restarted the server And now when i try and enter the console command like... oxide.grant user "my user name" nteleportation.tpconsole      and i get the message come up doesnt exist. the same when i try adding backpacks and stacksize controller. any ideas on what i may be doing wrong?

What is the exact message you are seeing with you use the command? If it says the "command not found" or "unknown command", the nOxide is not installed.

permission 'nteleportation.tpconsole' doesn't exist and i get the same message for the stacksizecontroller.canchangestacksize its almost like the mod isnt even in the files folder but they are

If the permission exists, the plugin would most likely not be loaded. Check your oxide/logs for errors.

Sorry im pretty new to this how do i do that exactly ?

Browse to oxide/logs and open the oxide prefixed log file in Notepad or similar editor.

How do i go about repairing the errors? is this a big proceess ?

The compiler being "disconnected" could have many causes; anything from files missing (incomplete install), to permissions lacking, to symbols in your server install path, to a conflicting Mono installation on the system, to software on the system causing it to be closed.
