Error loading save (server/rust/ProcGenPvRustV1.2.175.sav)

I have that problem too. Newest version of oxide. I've tried with/without plugins. Still the same problem. I have custom map btw.

Mines now done a wipe :(

well, the bases have a few walls but mostly gone and the sleeper is inside but the game thinks I have no sleepers.

I found the solution. Try reinstlaling your server to vanilla, instal oxide,plugin and map save, and start. With my server works

That's the only way I could get my server to fully boot but like I say, the bases are missing 90% of there walls etc
