NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
This issue occurred after installation oxide v2.0.4137
How do I resolve this issue?

There were not changes in 4137, only updating for Rust. You'd need to check your Rust log for the actual error.

I checked. 100% case in oxide oxide v2.0.4137!!!
I installed the old version and it worked.

You compared two different versions of Rust; Oxide has not had any changes. When you installed an older Oxide build, you used older Rust files.
