well oxide goes over the top after you update so if you update then u need to install oxide.

I have the newest update from oxide. 6 hours ago. But my server crashed. So i thought i could see if there was a steamcmd update. And there was a big one. Then i put oxide in after. Now its vanilla. Like oxide aint working
Oxide is up-to-date for all Rust updates today. The only changes are in the changelog, no actual changes other than patching for the latest Rust version. If your server is "vanilla", you do not have Oxide installed.
