many plugins do not work after the update. Help me pleasee

You'd need to provide more details than that. Also, per the changelog, there will be some that aren't due to some hooks being disabled.

Dude have you not looked around? They are working on them. Be patient. It's not an easy fix.
Heck Facepunch is running into multiple issues also.

lol facepunch has no excuses they had a month to fix the latest update, but hey it's alright. :) They should go back to weekly updates when they did fixed issues. :)
