Anyone else having the issue when trying to spectate a player and your own player instantly dies

Game console says "You died: Generic"

Chat log says "Spectating: otherPlayerName"

Same result with and without Vanish loaded

Hi, this is a FacePunch issue, they are aware and working on a fix.
