TruePVE Allow Twig Damage to other players structuresSolved

I am trying to allow all players to damage any twig buildings built by anyone else and I have found TwigDamage and changed to True which allows players to damage their own twig but not other players. Found a thread which said I need to add AuthorizedDamage flag but as I am knew to this I am not sure where or how to add this flag
