However, Japanese people only play loose PVPE, so I want to attract foreigners, but do you have any advice?

Attracting international players to a Japan-based server for pure PvP means a few things:

• Ping is Key: Don't try to appeal to EU/NA. Focus your marketing on regions that will actually have playable ping – think SEA, Australia/NZ, etc.
• English All Over: Your server name, description, and especially your Discord need to be clearly in English. Consider an in-game chat translation bot.
• Wider Listings: Make sure your server is listed on global Rust server trackers like BattleMetrics and Just-Wiped.
• Define PvP: Clearly explain what makes your "pure, high-performance PvP" unique or appealing to competitive players.
