Oxide update?Solved
In response to nimdasys ():
I think most are just wondering if wolf saying "tomorrow" means the oxide update isn't coming until...
Again, read what he said, it will be updated soon, however some hooks will not work.

...is this a joke? ...i hope so.
It won't start with the old version.  You will have to run your server without oxide/umod until it is updated.
well if the developers wouldn't explain it in nerd speak some of us lower IQ rednecks would understand it.
We have a development build available for those willing to be risky: https://umod.org/games/rust/download/develop

Warning: It is incomplete, some hooks are not working yet. Console may not be either. Please do not complain about these not working, they are/will be fixed.
so glad i haven't updated yet still trying to get the kinks out of the mods on linux server

Thanks for this

But is there any sight of getting the "good" version any time soon ?

Any good ETA on the rust update.
Those people on discord are going wild.
Keep up the good work!

Thanks for clearing that up, Wulf. So looks like I'll just wipe my servers and be vanilla until tomorrow.

Thats why i said its lagging behind a bit ;) they had a month you only got 8 hours
Considering these guys arent charging us anything to use their code, i'd think we'd all be a lot more patient and thankful!
Someone has tested that development version?
Thank you Wulf - I mean that - not in some douche kinda way - thank you for working hard to push out a working update - we can all wait patiently

I'd like to know this as well. I'm currently waiting on a stable-ish build. I'd hate to have it wipe the map after a few hours, or corrupt something.

@Wolf, you mentioned something about a "patcher" tomorrow? Are you waiting for a patch from Facepunch tomorrow before you do something? Or will a patch be put out in the next hour, then you'll be putting out another patch tomorrow?
