Most the time when they solve it they dont change it or do and dont post the outcome sadley they wanted help but dont want to offer help.
I agree its very annoying, other people might have the same problem/request/suggestion and without any explanation of the solution it leaves them without any resolution.
I'm very sorry, this is my problem. A new system was created to solve this problem.
