Hi, im pretty new in rust server community.
Currently im building own server setup, and i want to ask which CPU will be better? 
I know that rust is single core mostly, so better frequency = better perfomance, but, what if i will use some of X3D CPU's?
Maybe it will be better than usual CPU?
Im thinking on this options:

1. 7500F - clock 5.0ghz - currently best price per ghz, and can be boosted to 5.3-5.4
2. 7600x3d - clock 4.7ghz
3. 7800x3d - clock 5.0ghz

Im asking in case, that x3d chips will work even better.
Also what amoun of RAM i need, lets say for 650 players on 6000 map? Currently im looking for 32GB 6000 CL30, will it be enough?
