Somehow i fixed the "[Rust.MapCache] Failed to upload map file" issue. And not getting a errors anymore but my discord bot/webhooks not working/online the plugins are working but my discord bot or webhooks never going to online. Do you know the issue? (Im still waiting my host to reply me)

Did ya contact your host to see why its blocking the connection most likley?  Or could be there API blocking your Ip for to many requests.

I contacted my host they told me the discord is banned from our country. But other servers in my country can use discord plugins idk...
