Hello, I am starting a vanilla server and I understand that only plugins which don't alter the player experience (i.e. admin tools only) are accepted. I am fine with that, I am just curious about adding an information panel which contains a guide book for new players to Rust. I made the guide book myself, and it is just the basics of Rust and how to do everything, which monuments are good for what, a breakdown of the tech trees and BPs, etc. I don't see how having access to an in game guidebook would alter the player experience, especially on a Noob Friendly Tutorial server. Am I okay to install a info panel or will that put me at risk of blacklisting from Facepunch?
