Added support for Karuza's Custom vehicles thanks to a patch by Mabel.

I populated my config and I see all the permissions in AdminMenu.  Working just with the rustwingdetailed to test (and also tried rustwingdetailedfree permission).  Nothing is spawning.  So, I imagine, we will have to download the vehicles via another plugin.  This is where I'm stumped.  I am trying to search for it and I found a really cool video released this month with the Star Wars vehicles (listed in the config) but don't know how to get them on my server.

So, are these available to anyone?  If so, where can I go to download/purchase these?

The vehicles are from plugins made by the creator Karuza, these are only spawnable if you have those plugins installed in your server, otherwise cannot be used. I'm not exactly positive as to how you purchase them, I think you need to go to his discord or something like that.
