Is there a command I can place in the server start batch file that would allow me to control how much ram my server is using?

Back story here is I'm hosting a rust server for my discord and when folks join they get a stutter for maybe a couple minutes and then the issue disappears completely for them. This is a reoccuring eveytime they connect. Other than those 2 minutes of stutters the server runs amazing for them. Any help or insite would be appreciated!

32GB Ram
Server is running on an NVME drive

Your specs are more than enough for one rust server. Your issue is more likely to do with a bad plugin.

I was afraid of that being the case.... Any simplier ways to isolate than removing all and readding one at a time? Thanks for the info

There is a more efficient way to do it if you have a lot of plugins. Remove half of them at a time, not one by one.
