Since the last August wipe, I have this problem with my server.
I use a custom map and 130 plugins; the very same configuration that worked like a charm before the August wipe.
After the wipe the server boot but it works as a vanilla server, no plugins loaded at all.
The custom map load regularly but since it uses a couple of plugin to manage zombie hordes, those do not spawn.

Of course I asked to the service provider what happened and we even reinstalled the whole stuff from scratch but with no success: still the server load the vanilla state with no plugin whatsoever.

I quote the answer of the support: "It's sometimes necessary to wait a few days for Oxide to be updated again because this problem seems to be caused by the update and we can't do anything about it.
The best thing to do is to wait and leave a post on the Oxide Forum."

What am I supposed to do now? I still don't know if I did something wrong, if the service provider did something wrong or if I really should wait for an Oxide update.

Oxide is up to date almost right after wipe.  So Oxide is not installing on your server..  if you do   o.version in ya server window what is the output?
If ya get command not found then ya need to install oxide.
