High cpu usage after update windows

Hello everyone, I updated Windows 10 from 21h2 to 22h2 and noticed that the CPU usage increased by 3-5 times, I have another dedicated server with the same processor(12700k), on it the server load is 2-3% in the task manager, and on the new one system 10-14% with a 12700 processor(overclocked by bus). Even on the 8700 it was only 5-7%, something is wrong here.
I thought maybe it was the C++ libraries that I then installed or another BIOS, because... I updated it too. My 12700 processor is also overclocked on the bus, maybe this has an effect? and that's why the task manager is lying?
Now I have several servers running and the load is almost 100%, before there was only 50-60% of the CPU

First, leave it alone for a few hours and it may settle down after a while.

Second, Windows sucks. Updates could be adding all kinds of crappy background processes to increase the server load, that's what Windows does. Check your processes in task manager to see what is running that you can disable. Or better still, switch to Linux!
