Hello. 
A player named Rocky comes to my server and writes 'sa' and then this happens.
these error codes are coming and every player on my server is getting kicked off the server.
How can I fix?

Ban him if he is glitching it.

I banned it, but could this error be caused by the plugin? Or could it be something I did wrong? If so, is there a way to fix this?

Its probly not better chat looks like he had some hack trying to send message threw teams when not in a team.

Maybe post in betterchat support i supose they could maybe add a check to see if the player is in a team if not block the team messages.
