I cannot even begin to know how to troubleshoot this but I had oxide and a bunch of mods working last week and now after upgrading oxide and backpacks; now the server will not load oxide.  Is there a rust vanila log that might tell me why?  My oxide logs do not get written to... I am very confused.

Also I have not run a Rust server in ~3 years so I am more then a bit Rusty :)
