Player disconnect problem

Since the last FP update a player will get kicked but still show as online on RustIO map and server list, they cannot rejoin the server and this error spams the server consol

Any hints how to resolve ?

try to disable RustIO for see if it happen again

Tried that and still the same problems, also tried shutting down server, removing steamapps folder and updating/restarting server, still the same,
server host says its a Rust issue and not from their end, only started getting it after last FP update.

I ended up moving to a new host and zero issues since then. I'd maybe try to get your house to setup a new server and move to that from scratch.

I have been with this host for 7+ years and have had a good experience with them. they have resolved any issues in the past but as i said they say its a Rust issue and not the server. So i will wait till the next Rust update and see if is resolved.
The last time this was a problem for servers (not me) was in 2015 and it was resolved by FP.
