I want to place some item on quarry. Is it possible to remove Quarry Unbuild zone? Or is it a client side check?

FacePunch introduced a "no Build" zone around all monuments years ago to stop clans grieving them ,

I remember having a heli tower-like building for sniping players inside the Airfield in the early days of the new Rust. :D
You can only edit these zones via RustEdit (map side)
Or maybe via a plugin.
