If you are using Oxide then you are already on the modded list by default.

Notwithstanding that with over 7k servers now not every one can be found immediately,

And I see that there won't be a fix soon from Facepunch/Steam. The mediocre update to add server cache in the browser and check it as a default option for everyone is still not enough to solve this problem.
