Looks like you're still using a bunch of incompatible plugins. I'd suggest removing them all and starting fresh with versions from our site.

NLua reference would not be a thing in any C# plugin on our site here, that's from like 3+ years ago for .lua plugins, not .cs plugins. I can look at those plugins right now and see that they are not the versions you have.

The problem is with the setup, it's just hard to tell what with your setup is causing it to have the issue.
