Id di download it, and stuck it in oxide plugins (Like i HOPE i was supposed to do)
95% of plugins have a documentation section which explains how you use (and edit) the plugin and whether it uses the permissions system or no.
Some plugins are just install (no config, no permission as all players can use them)\
Some plugins are edited using the CONFIG file associated with the plugin (like infopanel)
Some plugins are edited using the DATA file associated with the plugin (BetterLoot) Plugin MUST he unloaded before editing. So unload/edit/save/reload
Some have lang files that you can edit so that you can change the colour and size of the text (or the text itself to show a different message in chat)
if you are having problems with a plugin DONT immediatly start a thread regarding your problem, go back through the help pages for that plugin and see if anyone else had that problem and whether it got fixed or no,
