There is stone in the stone quarry when the server restarts. Has anyone seen this before and if so,did you find it was because of a specific plugin. I have been though all of my plugins but cant figure out which one is causing the issue. 

If I run the Quarry as normal, it doesnt happen anymore.. and will only start happening again with a map wipe
