Is it actually crashing (crash dump logs generated), or is your server host restarting it due to memory limits?

According to the log you showed me, the server isn't started: 

Failed to start server on port 28016​

The server is running out of memory, everyone is going to be kicked and nobody can join until i restart the server (Server failed to respond to query)
