My server's going to get blacklisted unless I can figure out how to uninstall Rust:IO

I have uninstalled it from my providers "Mod Manager" section of the control panel, didn't work.

I have searched my entire FTP directory for any files related to Rust:IO and deleted them, didn't work.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Oxide, and still didn't work.

Everytime I load up my server it says "Loaded plugin Rust:IO for Oxide v2.15.0 by playrust.io / dcode"

And then proceeds to generate a map. PLEASE HELP ME!

@Wulf I need your almighty server/Rust knowledge please. Searching previous articles from OxideMod and Google have turned up nothing...

Rust:IO, like all extensions, must be installed as a DLL file in RustDedicated_Data/Managed directory.  That is where you want to look.  I don't remember what the DLL file name is, but it will be in that folder.  If that is unsuccessful, I suggest contacting your GSP.

I contacted them immediately after posting this and he was able to remove the .dll and that worked, I removed it myself but it still didn't uninstall and even using the Mod Manager didn't do it. He had to do it from his side for some reason.
