Hi,
I am some-what new to hosting Rust servers and have setup a Rust server for a couple of friends on a dedicated server. I am familiar with Linux.

I am able to connect and are other various users but many other users (their friends) are unable to connect. I checked the logs and got the following:

/User kicked: Steam: AuthTicketCanceled​

I have searched up, rebooted, updated, removed the Oxide mod and they are just not able to connect. The server is hosted in AU where the majority of the players are, I can join perfectly fine on 300 ping (Canada), so I'm doubtful it's a ping/connection issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

As I know (it is not accurate) it should be Steam issue and you should not worry.
