So as the title suggests, I've put Better Loot back into the Server but now whenever you find certain items like grenades, c4, satches or Supply signals, it doesn't let users throw it, unless I spawn it in, what's the problem? Am I crazy??

I had same issue yesterday on EU Facepunch 2. Looks as its rust issue by itself
I would say try just a server restart....
If not I would then move to deleteing the steamapps folder on your server and re running the rust update.... make sure you re update UMOD/Oxide

If anyone is having this problem, what I found for myself was that I had set the BetterLoot loottables to give a min of 0, which would make throwables unusable if you rolled the 0.
