Hello,

I've seen other posts with this issue but I havne't been able to solve it by looking through. I cannot spawn items using the F1 console on my server.
I have tried everything. 
I am Auth Level 2 owner - I have retried that many times.
I have no plug ins and all the other console commands work such as noclip/godmode/etc. 
No error codes or anything in the logs, it's like clicking the buttons ARM/100/1000 do absolutely nothing. Before I connect to my server, when i'm in the main menu and I click them it says "Command "Inventory.giveid" does not exist or cannot be found. But when I log into my server, there's nothing. When I try to type any of the inventory commands manually, nothing happens as well. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ran into the same problem, it is solved by disabling server.secure and server.encryption. then the problem is solved, but the anti-cheat does not work. If there is any additional information it would be cool.

I give out the admin panel. I can fly, turn on immortality. But I can't give myself items, also the server tab in the client does not work. In addition, admin commands like: ent kill, spawn, heal and others do not work.

Have you tried with the "Give" plugin? It really work fine

I just experienced this issue. I'm guessing an Oxide update caused this. I ran the fix here (oxide.grant group admin *) and everything started working again https://www.gameserverkings.com/knowledge-base/rust/inventorygiveto-rust-fix/

That's very bad practice, you probably had the 'give' plugin installed but didn't have the permissions assigned properly.

I'm having this problem and I couldn't solve it

First none of you say on what OS you run the server it is Linux or it is a Windows, but as i run my server on Windows i have i have no any problem with this, all is inside 

this is for Windows server, how is for linux i have no CLUE 

(your SSD/HDD:\your rust server\server\your map\cfg

inside that folder you will see file called user.cfg

if inside of this file are nothing then you dont have any right

you should have there something like that:

ownerid 7656**************6679 "your steam name" "Owner"

save the file 

start your server or restart go to game and even in main menu you should have access to many things by pressing F1

And probly not going to get one revising mutipal old posts. Post ya issue in one place not all over.

It's most likely because of the Give plugin, try setting up the permissions to that plugin properly. Or try removing and see if it's fixed
