So the plugins on my server won't load in like the permission don't work or anything. I put the cs files into the plugins folder but it just doesn't say in the console if they have been added or not. But when i check to see if they are added.... They aren't...... Need Help!!!!

Please check your oxide/logs for errors and verify that Oxide is actually installed.
