Do you have the latest Rust and Oxide builds installed?

You're missing a DLL file, make sure that the server is up-to-date. By downloading the lastest Umod/Oxide build and replacing it with the excisting managed folder.

Yeah i saw my anti virus removed the file, Its all fixed now ;)
