I banish more and more players who manage to build inside the rocks.

Can i ask something. Why there are servers that punish this? I mean its strange because played game from legacy and i am familiar with new rust development. Before when they added caves, they were broken down the map wholes. Evetyone punish this because were glitched. Then added icebergs and again everyone hated and punished this. Rock bases same. Now devs added ladders... so you can climb rocks and added good support to build on icebergs and climb with ease. Added new caves and its not simple whole down the map where you can build everything and you have 2-3 rooms only, balanced. Cant udersnad why everyone hate rocks bases and this kind of buildings then hm?

Warning. If I understand this plugin well, it forbids the construction inside the rocks and not in the caves.

I have a lot of players who cheat with a bug or a wallhack and who manage to enter the big rocks. Then they make their bases in safely. Impossible to raid ^^

This plugin prevents this or just to build in the caves?

Ahh build inside rocks thats have to be prevented but never seen in my server anyone who did this form long time because think almost all methods been patched. 
You are right thats very bad againts not the rules. Against fair play :) Also idk if plugin prevents this might prevent only on top of big rocks
