how to switch the translation from EN to RU for my country, I made a translation for my plugins in EN but they do not work correctly.
I remember before it was necessary to set the language from en to ru

create folder "ru" and add translate-file copy there

it works weird, I translated the whole text, but it doesn't work right, half the words don't translate.

Not all plugins utilize or fully utilize localization.
