That is a maximum you can handle your internet is too slow. Get a better internet at least 100 download and 100 upload.
maximum is 20~? can you give me on DM conversation if you know cheap host for 40 sloths or smth for small server...
thanks in advance for the reply
That is the problem, you can have a great setup but if your internet is too slow it is to no avail, I am in Sydney and my server host is only 40km away but I get problems because the internet company (optus) diverts the signal all around the globe through the "cloud" so i can get no connection or a bad one because Singapore (error 502 or 524 message with cloudfare Singapore) or India is very slow, I am using an alleged high speed broadband cable connection which should give me no problems but what can you do !.
BTW: I am using Streamline servers which give me full FTP access and great support at a reasonable price.
Thanks for reply, i will check em.
On a good performing server 1 player = 300 Kbps up to 1 Mbps (upload & download)
Would not even try 40 slots on that speed.

You can try turning down the tickrate to make the server send less updates and in turn requiring less network usage
turn down the tickrate? and turn requiring less network usage? pls reply here or in DM how to do this...
server.tickrate ""
