yesterday i changed to linux from windows, i thought that is the problem.
there is more resources on my host and after 120+ player's i can feel the lag on combat, lag spike, players kicked and more

Maybe you can enable performance mode in power settings in Windows, Control Panel? This should help (at least i think so)

for those who are running MODDED SERVER , there are bug’s exploit . My server drop to 1 FPS ANd after 1 month i Could knew Why : 

There are players who use macro to click 20yimes or more / pes to craft “wooden spier”
Of course wooden spier will be automaticly dropped from inventory ANd here’s How lag comes. 
Advice : Block or stack wooden spier or anything else
