The only problem is that it isn't. It's just placing those files. Maybe I don't have the right thing? I'm just very lost.

You downloaded source from GitHub. All of the builds are on the Games > Rust page with Download buttons.

I went to a page just like that I think through the faq or something, but not download buttons. So, I was so confused. Maybe it was a website glitch? I don't know. So, I downloaded it from there thinking thats where I had to download it. That definitely helps a lot! I wish that popped up the first time around.

Make sure you are installing Oxide after any updates.

Meaning thst any time you run Steam to update or install Rust, you need to install Oxide AFTER for it to be installed, else it just isn't installed.

I dont get any Oxide folders on my Server.

No oxide folder means the server hasn't been started with Oxide installed. Oxide is a mod and has to be installed after any Rust updates.

I used the button to install from Server Provider. Did not work
Then downloaded the files my self and manualy installed them. Did not work
