Can someone help me with this the output on the scrap is broken as it's not meant to be 1k scrap for each item?

Do you have Stack Modifier installed? That plugin tries to mitigate an issue where certain items increase sell amount simply by increasing stack sizes (an issue that all stack plugins have) but the logic had bugs that caused what you see.

An update was released to fix that issue over a week ago, so I'm guessing you haven't updated it.
