Anti Cheat/ESP plugin?

Are there any definitely working plugins that detect cheaters and scripts using players?
I only found one on other sites but it's still in beta and not very popular.
So, what can a server owner do to check if there are such hackers/cheaters on the server?
I need to know cause players accuse others of cheating from time to time and the only thing I 
can do is watch them play by now.

I know at least 3 but they are almost meh... Try form uMod this 2...

But Guardian is triggering also false positives.

 

The Arkan is doing the same sh(t but one guy that will help me monitor for hackers on my tournament tomorrow used to play around in the test server with AK vs Arkan and he legit tried to debug the plugin and found that if you shoot with other guns might be meh but with AK Arkan should be accurate when sending violations. Cuz he told me one theory and I think it's true... Hackers always do aim in the player's body strait and have no recoil but only hit 15 bullets max? Why? Cuz AK have kickback when firing some of the bullets while aiming at the player they do not go there and if you wanna make these bullets hit the target you have to shoot a little off(outside) the player. So if you try to make perfect recoil you hit less than, worse recoil but more hits. Arkan can help you with this because looks like actually detects the accuracy like all servers like Rustoria Training Grounds do with the recoil pattern UI(ak violations should be based on this pattern).

Then Anti Macros from one other website (I can't link it here cuz of the ToS) is good to stop hackers at all... At the same time poop cuz legit players will hate you so much trust me. Better have 1 scripter than 10 pro players crying why my ak recoil is weird. and you piss on their spend time to actually learn the ak. you shit on them with this plugin cuz recoil changes like crazy and they wonder wtf is going on.
